Midfield Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support our commercial real estate underwriting and market research. This is a remote, part-time position for approximately 20 hours per week.

The idóneo candidate has strong Excel skills, is comfortable working with financial information, and can produce accurate work with close attention to detail. Prior real estate experience is required in this specific role.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

- Cleaning T12 (Trailing 12-Month) and Rent Roll (RR) data for incoming deals and inputting into underwriting models
- Editing and updating proformas
- Compiling and reviewing area sales and rent comps, and running deep-dive analysis to validate financial underwriting assumptions
- Gathering comps as requested by the brokerage team
- Creating graphs and dashboards for analysis and reporting




- Fixing and troubleshooting formulas within models
- Creating and maintaining analysis templates
- Other miscellaneous underwriting/analysis tasks as assigned

Skills & Tools Implied by This Scope

- Advanced Excel (formula building, troubleshooting, dashboards)
- Real estate underwriting models and proforma structure
- T12 and rent roll data cleaning and normalization
- Market/comp research (sales and rent comparables)
- Attention to detail and data accuracy under deal-driven deadlines
