The Qualifications We Seek

- 1 to 3 years of relevant project management experience, including hands-on experience coordinating or leading a project team while personally contributing to project execution
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills for professional client, vendor, and internal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues quickly, identify options, make sound decisions, and drive matters to resolution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to assign responsibilities, establish priorities, hold team members accountable, and lead by example
- Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to identify time-sensitive matters and act promptly
- Hands-on project management skills with the ability to lead a team while personally completing project work
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, and changing priorities simultaneously




- Professional client management skills with the ability to communicate difficult information while maintaining trust and confidence
- Strong independent decision-making skills and initiative, with the ability to resolve issues without constant direction

Your Daily Tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Review all active projects, priorities, open items, client commitments, and deadlines at the start of each day
- Create daily action plans and assign responsibilities among the Project Manager Assistant, Purchaser, Partitions Coordinator, and Project Team Manager
- Complete project tasks directly while providing hands-on leadership rather than relying solely on delegation or status updates
- Monitor project execution throughout the day and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Reprioritize tasks promptly when emergencies, delays, purchasing issues, field conditions, or changing client needs arise
- Keep projects on schedule and identify potential risks before they become significant issues
- Coordinate purchasing, materials, documentation, schedules, follow-ups, and internal project requirements
- Hold team members accountable while providing clear direction, support, and follow-through
- Follow up with suppliers, vendors, internal departments, and other stakeholders to secure timely information and resolve issues
- Escalate issues when appropriate and, whenever possible, provide supporting facts, available options, and a recommended solution

- Establish clear priorities, ownership, and deadlines for the project team at the start of each day
- Maintain clear task ownership to prevent open items from going unattended
- Identify project issues early and address them promptly
- Provide clients with clear,

- Keep projects organized and progressing toward on-time completion
- Resolve routine project matters independently without constant management direction
- Demonstrate visible leadership through direct contribution, follow-up, accountability, and consistent
