Role Description The Project Manager — Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Marketing will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This contract role is hybrid, based in the Medellín Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors, and ensuring that campaigns comply with industry regulations and client standards.

The Project

Manager will track budgets and resources, resolve project risks and issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders through status reports, meetings, and documentation. The role also involves supporting process improvements,



aligning marketing activities with client strategy, and ensuring high-quality execution across all assigned projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of tasks, approvals, and deliverables across teams and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project outputs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize workflows, resources, and schedules across hybrid and remote environments.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency and bilingual communication are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in the Medellín Metropolitan Area and collaborate with U.S.-based clients and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
