Role Summary:

A technical expert delivering onsite/remote professional services for enterprise clients, specializing in Kaspersky product deployment, configuration, and optimization. Acts as both a technical consultant and primary customer liaison during engagements.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Perform deployments, configurations, upgrades and migrations of endpoint and non-endpoint security solutions on premise, cloud and hybrid environments;
- Document all aspects of the service engagement, including technical notes, time spent on projects and the status of the project via company systems.
- Analyze customer business requirements to create recommendations for hardware specifications as well as software settings in regards to Kaspersky applications.
- Communicate challenges to senior management that we may seek for a swift resolution either through additional Kaspersky resources.
- Participate in solution designs preparation for new or existing customers.




- Maintain close collaboration with colleagues from Sales and Pre-sales teams.
- Develop strong customer relationships to promote deeper involvement by our sales and services team.
- Troubleshooting endpoint and non-endpoint solutions at level 1 and level 2
- Collect, analyze and document risk and vulnerabilities for cybersecurity assessments
- Taking initiative on technical skills, self-learning and development towards obtaining Certifications.
- Conduct technical presentations in a natural language
- Meet and discuss with managers in order to understand their need and offer solutions and recommendations
- Design architecture according to customer needs
- Manage technical and non-technical aspects of professional services projects

What You Will Need To Have/Know:

- 5+ years of IT Security implementation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, support and advisory services
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or related areas
- Strong analytical, planning and soft skills
- Strong experience in projects involving software implementation, configuration, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, risk and vulnerability assessment
- Be able to communicate well in Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (mandatory) and English (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge in IT and Cybersecurity frameworks/standards ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT
- Cybersecurity and technical certifications like Security+, Cloud+, Linux LPI, Network+, CISSP, etc
