Orion Orthopedic & Spine is a Texas-based pain management clinic specializing in the care of patients injured in motor vehicle accidents. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented bilingual Medical Virtual Assistants based in Latin America to join our growing remote team.
Depending on your experience and strengths, you may support different areas of our operations, including Intake, Scheduling, Triage, Referrals, Pain Management, Billing, and other administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients and coordinate follow-ups
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Conduct patient intake and triage calls
- Process and coordinate referrals
- Obtain medical records, imaging reports, and other documentation
- Maintain accurate patient information and EHR documentation
- Communicate with medical facilities and other healthcare partners
- Provide administrative support based on departmental needs
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Based in Latin America
- At least 1 year of remote experience working for a medical clinic OR previous experience as a Medical Interpreter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote-work setup
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST
Starting Pay: $6 USD/hour
