We’re looking for a highly organized Loan Processor to support loan and investor pipeline management, financial monitoring, research, and deal coordination.
? What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update loan, investor, and deal pipelines
- Organize notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Coordinate documentation and deliverables needed to advance deals
- Conduct financial and business research
- Track borrower financial statements and outstanding documentation
- Monitor construction milestones, inspections, and insurance requirements
- Track tenant improvement reimbursements and balloon payment maturities
- Maintain accurate records and escalate overdue items or exceptions
? What We’re Looking For
- +2 years of experience in financial services, lending, or loan processing
- Pipeline or portfolio management experience
- Strong organization, research, and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
