Job Title: Learning Technology Systems Specialist

Location: Colombia (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Technology Systems Specialist to support the configuration, optimization, integration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise learning technology platforms. This role will focus on learning systems, automation, data integrations, reporting, and emerging technologies to deliver a seamless digital learning experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience with learning technologies, and the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, test, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Support and maintain integrations between learning platforms and enterprise applications using APIs and data integration methods.
- Utilize ETL processes to manage and streamline data movement across systems.
- Design and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools.
- Analyze system data, usage trends, and reporting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI, SQL, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and provide timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation,



configuration standards, and process guides.
- Support digital learning initiatives involving AI, intelligent agents, and other emerging learning technologies.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and integral rollout activities.
- Provide ongoing support through service management and ticketing systems.

Required Qualifications

- Experience supporting LMS, LXP, or enterprise learning technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected technologies.
- Experience working with ETL processes and data movement between systems.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI and SQL.
- Understanding of HTML, XML, JSON, and Python.
- Ability to interpret data structures, troubleshoot integrations, and support technical implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within Learning Technology, HRIS, or enterprise application environments.
- Exposure to AI, AI agents, AR/VR, or other emerging digital learning technologies.
- Experience supporting global deployments and enterprise-scale systems.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
