We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Legal/Litigation Assistant to join our growing remote team.
As a Litigation Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our attorneys and legal team throughout the litigation process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, legal knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute directly to the successful management of our clients' cases.

The LLM scholarship is part of our commitment to developing future legal professionals and creating meaningful opportunities for career advancement within Beverly Law Firm. Key ResponsibilitiesLegal & Document Management
- Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic case files.
- Organize pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, evidence, and other case-related documents.
- Assist with preparation of documents and materials for court proceedings.
- Ensure case documentation is properly organized and accessible.
Calendar & Deadline Management
- Monitor important case deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates.
- Maintain and update attorney and case calendars.
- Coordinate schedules with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and other parties.
- Help ensure deadlines and important litigation dates are properly tracked.
Client & Case Communication
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding case-related matters and updates.
- Communicate with witnesses, opposing parties, attorneys, and other relevant contacts as directed.
- Provide timely updates and follow up on outstanding case items.
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
Legal Research & Analysis
- Conduct legal research to assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy.
- Research relevant laws, regulations, court rules, and legal authorities.
- Summarize research findings clearly and accurately for attorneys.
- Assist with gathering and organizing information relevant to ongoing cases.
Administrative & Litigation Support
- Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and other administrative communications.
- Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Prepare case-related materials and assist with litigation organization.
- Perform additional administrative and legal support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) – Mandatory, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with civil litigation processes, preferably personal injury litigation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases or priorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law completed or currently in progress is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based legal team.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office environment.
- Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours.

Compensation Monthly Salary: $900 USD - $1,200
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, English proficiency, and relevant legal/litigation experience.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.
