We are seeking a Junior Paralegal to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to international clients, guiding them on entity management, compliance, and strategic business matters while building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges
- Proactively communicate updates, identify opportunities, and provide solutions that meet client objectives
Compliance & Advisory Support
- Assess clients’ compliance requirements and provide expert guidance on entity management and regulatory obligations
- Assist clients in establishing and maintaining corporate structures that comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues
Business Development & Client Success
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
- Contribute to initiatives that drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
- Support internal teams in delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or student in Law
- 2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field with international business exposure
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
