Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of designated translation and localization projects within the OR hub. This team member will bridge the gap between our clients and our linguists, ensuring that every project meets our quality standards, is delivered on time, and stays within the target profit margins. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing daily production queues and assigning resources based on capacity, expertise, and timeline requirements.
- Monitoring project timelines from initial project assignment to final TEP (Translation, Editing, and Proofreading) and ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Ensuring full adherence to client guidelines and quality standards.




- Carefully reviewing projects before delivery to ensure all responsible parties have fully complied with the expected quality of work. Assigning correction tasks within the team when needed.
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager on critical metrics to ensure process optimization and KPI tracking.
- Occasionally meeting with clients to introduce our work, clear doubts, accurately understand their needs, and establish a solid link among parties.

Role Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a project management or leadership role within the Language Services Provider (LSP) industry.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a language and localization specialist.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartcat or similar CAT tools.
- Previous experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments while remaining organized.
- Professional proficiency in English is a must.
- Degree in a linguistic field is desirable.

Work Conditions

- Working hours are from 11 AM until 8 PM Eastern Time (10 AM until 6 PM Colombia Time) , with an hour of lunch break.
- Working days are Monday through Friday (after office working hours if needed, including weekends, subject to client needs).
