As an Apprentice SENA - TAG, you will play a vital role in supporting the TAG team's daily operations. This internship is designed to provide you with a well-rounded understanding of the industry and equip you with valuable skills. You'll work closely with our talented team, learning from their expertise and contributing to our success.
Responsibilities
Assist the TAG team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
Engage with campus communities to promote IGT's brand and opportunities.
Collaborate with callers and recruiters to streamline the recruitment process.
Help maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews for potential candidates.
Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events and workshops.
Provide administrative support to the TAG team as needed.




Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment within the team.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., business, marketing, human resources).
Strong interest in talent acquisition, marketing, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies (an asset).
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
Availability to commit to the internship for the specified duration.
