We are seeking a passionate and motivated Apprentice SENA - ISG to join our dynamic ISG-Corporate department. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with our IT support team and gain hands-on experience in various L1 functions. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations.
Responsibilities
Provide L1 support to end-users, resolving basic IT-related queries and issues.
Assist in maintaining and updating IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
Collaborate with the ISG team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of IT-related tasks.
Document and track IT support requests, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
Conduct regular system checks and monitor network performance to identify and address potential issues.
Assist in implementing and testing new IT solutions and technologies.
Support the ISG team in project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices and emerging technologies.




Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant IT-related program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar).
Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently manage tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
