The Apprentice SENA - ADMIN role is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a leading organization. You will be an integral part of the ADMIN-Enablement team, assisting with a range of administrative duties and online operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience, allowing you to develop essential skills and contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Support online operations by updating and maintaining databases, websites, and online platforms.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.
Handle basic office management tasks, such as mail distribution and supply inventory.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
Learn and implement best practices for administrative procedures.




Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Support the team with ad-hoc projects and research as needed.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant field (e.g., administration, business, or IT).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of database management and online tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is an asset.
