Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Senior HR Executive to oversee the overall HR operations for our growing LATAM team of 20-30 FTEs (front and back office). This pivotal role will manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, legal compliance, and employee relations, with a strong focus on supporting our dynamic Call Center and Logistics operations.
Working Hours: 42 hours a week
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, specializing in volume hiring for Call Center agents and fulfillment staff, ensuring rapid and quality placements.
- Payroll & C&B; Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in strict alignment with local regulations.
- Legal & Compliance: Work with Group HR relating to all HR policies, employment contracts, and disciplinary procedures strictly comply with local labor laws. Stay updated on any changes in employment legislation.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and motivated work environment, particularly within the high-volume Call Center.
- Performance Management: Partner with department leaders (e.g., Sales Manager, Logistics Manager) to facilitate KPI tracking, performance reviews, and identify ongoing training or coaching needs.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Develop and execute comprehensive orientation programs for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather actionable retention data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Senior HR Executive, ideally within a Call Center, ecommerce, or fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in local labor laws, payroll systems, and full-cycle recruitment.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Highly responsible, dynamic, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and thrive in a flat, fast-moving organizational structure.
