Are you an HR professional with experience handling Employee Relations and Workers’ Compensation cases ?
We’re looking for an HR Employee Relations & Workers’ Compensation Specialist to join our team in Medellín and support U.S.-based companies and HR teams .
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support Employee Relations cases and employee concerns.
- Assist with workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate and track Workers’ Compensation cases.
- Communicate with employees, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support return-to-work and modified-duty processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records.
- Work closely with U.S.-based teams and follow established HR processes.
What We’re Looking For ✅ 1+ year of hands-on experience in Employee Relations
✅ 1+ year of experience with Workers’ Compensation cases
✅ Experience handling employee complaints, investigations, or disciplinary matters
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and schedules
✅ Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
