You will join our Corporate HR team to lead the HR function for the Americas region.

As HR Director for Americas, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and ensuring robust HR governance across multiple countries and time zones.

You will provide strategic guidance, reinforce local HR teams, and act as a business partner to leadership:

- Lead and coordinate HR activities across the Americas, ensuring alignment with Mantu’s general HR strategy.
- Manage and support local HR teams, providing guidance and structure to teams operating in different time zones
- Oversee the implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements across the region
- Act as a strategic business partner to local and regional leadership, supporting business objectives through effective HR solutions
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, retention planning, and payroll supervision.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between HR and business teams
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and tools
- Support the deployment of HR projects and transformation initiatives in the Americas

Your Profile
- Experience in HR management (minimum 10 years) with a proven track record in international environments
- Strong background in legal and HR matters
- Experience in managing and structuring HR teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Business partnering experience, supporting business leaders and contributing to strategic decisions
- Fluent in English and Spanish, French or Portuguese is a Plus.
- Experience working in multicultural and dynamic environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with HR software and digital tools
- Experience with generative AI tools




- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills
