HR Business Partner – TECNO
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and coordinate TECNO’s HR processes, partnering closely with leaders and employees to ensure an effective employee experience, strong people management, and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Act as the main HR point of contact for TECNO leaders and employees.
- Provide guidance on people management, employee relations, performance, labor matters, and internal policies.
- Support disciplinary and employee relations processes, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Address and follow up on employee and leader requests and HR-related cases.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment and vacancy coverage processes, from requisition to hiring.
- Follow up on employee onboarding, ensuring new hires receive the required documentation, tools, information, and support.
- Coordinate employee movements, contract renewals, probation periods, and other employment-related processes.
3. Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate and validate TECNO payroll-related information, including absences, medical leave, vacations, salary changes, variable compensation,
and other payroll inputs.
- Manage employee termination processes and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain updated employee, headcount, position, and organizational records.
4. Performance, Wellbeing & Employee Experience
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance to leaders.
- Coordinate training, wellbeing, culture, and employee engagement initiatives according to business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
5. HR Analytics & Compliance
- Monitor key HR indicators such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, and time-to-hire.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers on HR, payroll, occupational health and safety, training, wellbeing, and other related services.
6. Regional Support
- Provide occasional support to LATAM HR initiatives, including regional projects, corporate requirements, information consolidation, and other activities according to business needs.
