Recruiter Jr

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for driver and warehouse positions, maintaining a strong and consistent hiring pipeline.

- Source qualified candidates for driver positions using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct head hunting when necessary.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS or CRM.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize open positions.
- Support hiring events and other recruiting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Experience recruiting for truck drivers strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with positions such as warehouse associates, dock workers, forklift operators, dispatchers, and CDL/non-CDL drivers. Preference for Indeed.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
