We’re looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead a growing BPO operation in Barranquilla. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the operation, developing leaders, strengthening client relationships, and driving financial and operational performance. What you’ll do:

- Lead Operations and Senior Operations Managers
- Serve as a key escalation point and strategic partner for clients
- Drive KPIs, Quality, WFM, forecasting, and continuous improvement
- Oversee budgets, revenue, costs, profitability, and growth projections
- Lead strategic initiatives and process improvement
- Build the leadership structure needed to support account growth




- Lead QBRs and support high-level client interactions and visits What we’re looking for:
- Senior Operations Manager or Director-level experience or equivalent.
- Advanced English
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Financial and revenue acumen
- Experience with WFM, forecasting, and operational planning
- Lean / Six Sigma experience (Yellow Belt or higher is a plus)
