Strong business curiosity and commercial judgment regarding how a mid-market business operates and generates revenue.
Verification instinct: a habit of challenging AI-generated outputs, reconciling numbers against source systems, and auditing totals for accuracy.
Natural automation instinct—a habit of building permanent solutions when encountering repeated manual tasks.
Strong data navigation skills with the ability to reason about database tables, logic, and output sanity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proven track record of shipping end-to-end automation or data projects.
