The position pays $0.09 for each spoken minute of interpretation .
For reference, this is approximately $5.40 per hour of presente interpreted time . Compensation is based on spoken minutes , not a fixed hourly salary.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and Spanish-English interpretation over the phone .
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Handle customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately interpret conversations between English- and Spanish-speaking parties.
- Follow company procedures and interpretation guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy during calls.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Spanish .
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
