Responsibilities:
- Make reservations for cars, flights, or trips according to needs and in compliance with travel policies.
- Pay rent and utility bills.
- Find the best purchase options that comply with travel policies.
- Manage rental agreements.
- Report the legalization of purchases to CONCUR and attach supporting documentation.
- Generate monthly expense reports.
