Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cook role based in Fusagasugá. The Cook will prepare and present meals according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, portioning, and appearance.

Daily responsibilities include food preparation, cooking a variety of menu items, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and following all food safety and hygiene guidelines. The Cook will assist with inventory management, proper storage of ingredients, and coordination with kitchen and service staff to support timely meal service. The role also involves contributing to menu planning, adapting dishes to dietary requirements, and supporting a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated culinary skills in meal preparation, cooking, and plating, with attention to taste, texture, and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices,



including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, manage time effectively, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen, service, and training staff.
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant kitchens; experience in training environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and service standards aligned with aviation and hospitality training goals.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Fusagasugá, with flexibility for varying schedules as operational needs require.
- Relevant culinary education, certification, or vocational training is preferred.
