We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Content Release & Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of enablement content release initiatives.

This role will manage timelines and dependencies across Curriculum, Certification, and Localization releases and deprecations, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned, informed, and on track.

Key ResponsibilitiesRelease Planning & Execution

- Own and maintain timelines for Curriculum, Certification, and Localization releases and deprecations, ensuring stakeholders are informed of key milestones and changes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content release roadmap aligned with broader Enablement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including content creators, reviewers, localization teams, enablement stakeholders, and other business functions, to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the complete content lifecycle, including development, review, release, maintenance, updates, and deprecation.
- Track dependencies, risks, and milestones and proactively address potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities to improve release workflows and implement processes that increase efficiency and scalability.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central liaison across teams, ensuring clear communication of timelines, dependencies, ownership, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with content development, marketing, localization, and enablement teams to proactively identify and resolve risks.
- Ensure all stakeholders clearly understand their actions, dependencies, and deadlines associated with upcoming releases.
- Provide regular project updates and escalate critical risks or dependencies when required.

Strategic Project Management




- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Drive ad-hoc learning and enablement projects that require strong execution, coordination, and leadership.
- Ensure content release initiatives are aligned with broader company priorities, enablement strategy, and business objectives.
- Analyze release processes and outcomes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within content operations, learning, enablement, training, or a related environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, solve problems, manage dependencies, and streamline processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across content, marketing, localization, learning, enablement, and other business teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess processes and recommend improvements.
- Experience with project management and tracking tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and related tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and manage changing priorities effectively.

- Experience managing learning content, certifications, curriculum, or training programs.
- Experience working with content localization and global release processes.
- Familiarity with learning platforms, content management systems, or enablement technologies.
- Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, or operational analytics.
