Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Experience within the financial services or banking industry.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
- ACH (Automated Clearing House) processes and payment systems.
- Actimize Fraud Management solutions.
- Core Banking platforms, including Fiserv.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Ability to create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience performing process analysis and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Strong understanding of systems integrations, data flows, and business processes within financial environments.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.

Responsibilities (Activities to Perform)

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements.
- Conduct structured analysis of business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance.
- Elicit, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create business process flows, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs.
- Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Support solution design, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions.
- Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis, business insights, and industry best practices.
