Role Description The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Barranquilla, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, supporting clients with scheduling grooming appointments, explaining services and pricing, and updating bookings or customer information as needed. The representative will handle service issues and complaints professionally, follow up to ensure resolution, and contribute to a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



coordinating with grooming staff and management, and providing clear bilingual communication between customers and the company. The role also involves gathering customer feedback and supporting process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, including experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles.
- Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience across multiple channels.
- Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing positions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort handling high call and message volumes, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with customers, especially in emotionally charged or urgent situations.
- Basic computer literacy, including CRM systems, scheduling tools, and online communication platforms.
- Interest in or prior experience with pets, veterinary services, or grooming is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
