We're looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join a fast-growing FinTech environment and help build and maintain the data infrastructure behind critical financial products.You'll work closely with AI, Data, and Engineering teams to build reliable pipelines, transform large datasets, and ensure the quality and availability of data used across the business.What you'll doBuild and maintain ETL/data pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow.Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets.Transform and structure data using Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.Identify data issues, implement validation checks, and improve data quality.Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot performance or data-related issues.Work with APIs, databases, Git, and collaborative development workflows.Document data models, schemas, and pipeline logic.What we're looking for1–2 years of experience in Data Engineering,
Data Analysis, Backend Development, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.Intermediate Python skills, particularly for data manipulation, APIs, and database integrations.Experience or solid foundational knowledge of Apache Airflow.Experience with BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse.Basic to intermediate knowledge of Git.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in Data Engineering, work with production data infrastructure, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
