Estarás apoyando los procesos administrativos de la empresa mediante la ejecución de actividades de soporte, organización y gestión documental, como parte de su proceso de formación práctica, fortaleciendo competencias administrativas y organizacionales bajo la supervisión del personal designado.En un día normal tendrás que:Apoyar las actividades administrativas asignadas por el supervisor o área responsable.Realizar tareas básicas de gestión documental y archivo.Apoyar la elaboración, organización y actualización de registros administrativos.Colaborar en el seguimiento de procesos internos.Apoyar actividades de atención interna, comunicaciones y coordinación básica.Participar en capacitaciones, inducciones y actividades formativas.Cumplir en general con los lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ISO (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente)¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

You will be interacting with our international customers in our lobbies and at gates, helping them with ticketing, baggage, greeting customers as they start and end their journey and doing it with a smile.
