Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME).




Participates in resolution of user complaints and non-conformities and resolve customer issues.How You'll Create ImpactPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Serves as SME and may lead othersExpert in Imaging Technician responsibilities and proficient in all duties.Trains new team members on all modulesVerifies and approves patient medical images received from clients following e-Manufacturing instructionsQuality Control on patient medical images Segmentations, custom instruments.Maintains case records properly documented according to PSI e-Manufacturing instructionsTakes part to continuous improvement activitiesParticipate in the resolution of user complaints , and non-conformities , related to the PSI product ,and communicates with clients and resolves issues to ensure a continuous productionParticipate in new product introductions (design transfer)Meets productivity and quality standardsWhat Makes You Stand OutExpected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)Good English writing and speaking skills, meticulous and detailed oriented.Ability to follow written instructions, computer skills.Demonstrated proficiency in all dutiesDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to train new hired resources on all modulesAbility to achieve Quality and Productivity standardsYour BackgroundEducation/Experience RequirementsRelevant Professional diploma preferred (3D mechanical drawing).
