Your mission:
- Lead, coordinate, and support agents and administrative staff
- Ensure clear communication of goals, policies, and company values
- ❓ Address team questions and provide timely support
- Identify challenges and suggest improvements
- Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and deliver feedback
- Ensure achievement of goals and high performance
- Prepare and analyze reports for your team and leadership
- Collaborate with other supervisors to execute strategic action plans
- Support client needs with solutions and accountability
- ️ Organize team schedules and rotations
- Track performance daily, weekly, monthly, and beyond
- Manage pre-payroll reports and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle escalations via phone, email, text, or chat
- Be responsive to all communications from leadership
