We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Senior Analyst to lead a small team and ensure the accurate execution of accounting and financial reporting activities. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with team oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and review the work of a small accounting team.

- Prepare, review, and post journal entries.

- Perform complex balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.

- Prepare and post provisions and accruals.

- Review and report SOX controls compliance.

- Upload financial data, metrics, and journal entries into Hyperion.

- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.

- Analyze issues, identify risks,



and drive resolutions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support business objectives.

- Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with data protection policies.

Requirements

- Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and month-end close activities.

- Advanced English

- Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, provisions, and SOX controls.

- Leadership experience, including reviewing and guiding team deliverables.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Hyperion, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.

- Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality and process optimization.

- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
