We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions across client operations.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can take a defined operational problem and build the technical solution behind it. Projects may involve connecting multiple systems, building AI agents that retrieve and act on information, creating conversational interfaces over legacy software, or developing voice and email AI workflows. The priority is someone with real experience building and deploying AI-powered systems—not simply configuring basic automations or prompting LLMs.

Responsibilities

- Design and build AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
- Build agents that retrieve information, interact with tools, and take actions across business workflows.
- Develop AI workflows that connect and retrieve information across multiple systems.
- Integrate AI applications with existing software using APIs, webhooks, databases, and other integration methods.
- Build solutions for legacy systems that may not have native AI functionality.
- Develop conversational interfaces that allow users to access information across business systems.
- Build AI-powered email workflows that retrieve relevant information and generate or assist with responses.
- Build and integrate inbound voice AI solutions where required.
- Implement tool/function calling, context management,



guardrails, fallback behavior, and error handling.
- Deploy, test, monitor, and optimize AI solutions in production.
- Partner with AI Implementation Specialists to translate identified opportunities into technical solutions.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a solutions engineer.
- Advanced English level
- Strong software engineering and coding background.
- Hands-on experience building AI/LLM applications in production environments.
- Strong experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or comparable models.
- Experience building AI agents involving tool use, actions, and multi-step workflows.
- Strong API, webhook, database, and third-party integration experience.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with ElevenLabs, Twilio, or comparable voice AI technologies.
- Experience with n8n, Make, or similar orchestration tools.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Experience integrating with legacy business systems.
- Cloud infrastructure and deployment experience.
