We are looking for an AI Implementation Specialist to work directly with clients to identify where AI and automation can improve their operations. This person will analyze how teams currently work, identify inefficient or repetitive processes, and determine where existing AI tools, automation, or system integrations can create measurable improvements.

This is a client-facing, business-driven role. The priority is someone who can understand operations, uncover the right opportunities, and turn them into clear implementation plans—not someone whose primary responsibility is custom software development.

Responsibilities

- Meet with client stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, bottlenecks, and business goals.
- Map existing processes and identify repetitive or inefficient work.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and improved system connectivity.
- Prioritize opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and implementation effort.
- Determine whether a use case can be solved with existing AI/automation tools or requires custom engineering.
- Build and implement straightforward automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.




- Translate more complex AI opportunities into clear requirements for engineering.
- Coordinate with AI engineers throughout implementation and testing.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in implementation
- Advanced English Level
- Experience in AI implementation, automation, solutions consulting, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of practical business applications for generative AI.
- Experience analyzing and improving business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience working alongside software or AI engineers.
- Experience with operations-heavy businesses such as transportation or logistics.
- Experience implementing AI across legacy software environments.
