In this pivotal role, you will actively engage with healthcare professionals to facilitate essential research initiatives. The position requires a proactive, adaptable team player who demonstrates ownership and selfconfidence, with English proficiency at a C1 level.
Key responsibilities include
Conducting outreach to healthcare providers via calls and emails
Scheduling and coordinating research calls
Ensuring a highquality customer experience
Meticulous documentation and tracking of outreach activities
Participating in quality assurance and collaborative team discussions
We are seeking candidates with strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to prioritize and enhance outreach processes. Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Salesforce preferred, and Calendly a plus will set you apart.
