Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Back Office Representative to support active and terminated clients through phone and email interactions. This role requires handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all client information and documentation are accurately recorded in the system. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls throughout the day and respond to client inquiries professionally.
Assist active and terminated clients via phone and email.
Resolve customer requests and follow up on pending cases.
Collect, verify,



and update customer information and required documentation in company systems.
Perform backoffice and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience handling administrative or backoffice processes.
