Full-Stack ERP / AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Full-Stack ERP / AI Developer to lead the ground-up development of a new, highly secure on-premise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform tailored for aerospace and defense manufacturers.

In this role, you will architect the system of record from scratch, using an existing quality/manufacturing execution system (Bluestreak QMS/MES) as a reference for core business logic while embedding a robust, local AI orchestration layer. Operating in an environment handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), you will design secure on-premise AI inference, RAG pipelines, and strict role-based access controls (RBAC) to enable intelligent data analysis, risk detection, automated quoting, and workflow execution without sending sensitive defense data to unauthorized external systems.

Ground-Up ERP Architecture & Database Engineering

System Construction: Architect, design, and build a production-grade on-premise ERP platform from the ground up, translating complex manufacturing, quality, and operational workflows into scalable software.

Database & API Design: Build robust database schemas, complex stored procedures, and data pipelines centered on Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and secure API boundaries.

Workflow & Logic Mapping: Study existing MES/QMS reference workflows to construct core ERP features, including job history tracking, scheduling, production constraints, and quote generation.
