Carrier Sales Representative Mid
Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a logistics professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships within the transportation industry. m carrier network by helping identify specialized capacity, maintaining highly accurate carrier intelligence, supporting rate gathering, and ensuring carrier partners experience professional and efficient communication from Pure.

Capacity Sourcing & Freight Placement

• Research and engage qualified carrier partners for active lanes, with particular focus on flatbed, step deck, heavy-spec, hot shot, enclosed van, and specialized industrial capacity.





• Professionally post available freight and communicate shipment requirements clearly through approved platforms and the existing Pure carrier network.

• Monitor regional availability, carrier appetite, and equipment trends to help local pod teams anticipate capacity constraints.

Rate Gathering & Market Intelligence

• Request, compile, organize, and summarize carrier pricing to support project bids, immediate opportunities, and lane development.

• Return organized rate requests with speed and accuracy to support Account Executive decision-making.

Carrier Profile Management & Onboarding

• Build and maintain detailed carrier profiles including equipment, operating lanes, service strengths, contact information, historical performance, and availability.

• Support the collection and verification of insurance, authority, safety, banking, and project-specific documentation under approved compliance workflows.
