The role ensures alignment across technology, operations, transformation, finance, procurement, security, and vendor management.This position acts as the FinOps reference point for the program, with broad autonomy and strategic influence. It is responsible for balancing cost, performance, risk, and business value across production and non-production environments, while supporting cloud migration and transformation efforts.The role also provides financial governance across multiple companies within the holding structure and operates in a highly regulated banking environment. It requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders,



including executive leadership.## Key Responsibilities– Define and lead the FinOps strategy for AWS and Azure in alignment with business and corporate governance objectives. – Establish cloud financial governance models, including policies, controls, and cost management processes. – Drive continuous optimization of cloud consumption and identify savings and efficiency opportunities. – Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial control processes related to cloud operations. – Implement and maintain showback and chargeback models for different companies and consuming areas. – Lead coordination with cloud vendors and procurement teams to maximize contractual benefits and commitment-based discounts. – Define and track FinOps KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting for senior leadership. – Advise architects, operations teams, and transformation teams on technical decisions with financial impact.## Required Skills– Experience in cloud financial management. – Knowledge of cost
