Fountain Forward is seeking a Director of Growth Systems to own the infrastructure, automation, and QA that power the Ads Department's growth initiatives. You will design scalable frameworks across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and future channels, driving efficiency, accuracy, and replication of high-performing systems.
You will lead teams, set priorities, and partner with Analytics, Creative, Ops, and Strategy to deliver dealership growth at scale while evolving toward a shared-capacity model
