About the role We are looking for a Senior Cloud & Data Engineer to join our team at Thomas Murray, based in Bogota. Working alongside our data science and developer teams, you will collaborate with colleagues across the business to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure and data platforms that power our products and services. This role is central to our product ambitions – you will play a key part in building new cloud-based products for both new and existing Thomas Murray clients, working across the full stack of cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployment tooling.



Key Responsibilities Work with the data science and developer teams to design and build cloud based products and services for Thomas Murray clients. Architect and maintain scalable data platforms, including pipelines, data lakes, and processing infrastructure on Azure (or similar cloud platform). Own containerisation and deployment strategy, managing services through Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling reliable and automated delivery across environments. Manage infrastructure-as-code to ensure consistent, auditable, and repeatable provisioning. Partner with the data science team to build robust ingestion, transformation, and serving layers that support AI and analytics workloads.
