What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the production team, supporting the delivery of retention marketing work across email, SMS, and automation. Your key tasks will include:
- Build and implement email and SMS campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo, following approved briefs, assets, and brand guidelines.
- Implement and support retention-related tools and features across CRM platforms, including Reviews, Loyalty, and customer engagement integrations.
- Upload and format content, modules, links, and logic accurately across all deliverables.
- Ensure correct segmentation, UTM structure,
