We are excited to offer a 1-year Atlassian Consultant Trainee program designed for individuals eager to start a long-term career in the Atlassian ecosystem. During the first year, you will undergo comprehensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of Jira administration, Jira Service Management, agile methodologies, and more. You will work towards completing all required Atlassian Partner accreditations and an Atlassian Certification of your choice. Following the training year, you will enter a 1-year practice period where you will work as a Certified Atlassian Consultant, applying your skills in real-world settings. Based on your performance during the practice year, you may be offered a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Learning (Year 1):
- Participate in comprehensive training covering Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and other key Atlassian tools.
- Engage in workshops on agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with practical applications using Atlassian products.
- Complete all accreditations required for Atlassian Partners.
- Hands-On Practice:
- Perform tasks such as creating Jira and Confluence instances, managing projects, setting up workflows, and configuring automation.
- Handle mock incidents and support requests in Jira Service Management to build practical consulting skills.
- Complete assignments designed to simulate real-world consulting scenarios.
- Skill Development:
- Choose and work towards an Atlassian Certification to deepen your expertise in Jira or Jira Service Management.
- Learn essential consulting skills, from understanding client needs to recommending effective Atlassian solutions.
- Mentorship and Feedback:
- Work closely with assigned mentors who will guide you through the program, offering support and feedback.
- Participate in regular evaluations to track progress, refine skills, and address any challenges.
