Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports operational, logistical, and administrative tasks with the Marketing and Communications team in their daily activities.
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms with a strong emphasis on lead generation strategy—leveraging inbound marketing, and lead nurturing techniques to drive qualified leads and support business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive lead generation strategy—defining how leads are captured, qualified, organized, and distributed across channels such as events, digital platforms, and CRM systems to support sales growth.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support for team internal clients’ needs,



including marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and related tasks.
- Generate, organize, and distribute high-quality leads to the sales team by leveraging CRM tools, campaign activity, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Produce marketing communications materials as needed by businesses.
- Support in preparing team reports for monitored performance.
- Handle administrative tasks for projects and activities, including scheduling, meeting documentation, announcements, project checklists, and follow-ups for the division.
- Collaborate with other teams on assigned marketing and communications or corporate projects.
- Translation coordination with internal teams.

Digital Marketing:
- Regular research and suggest new social media strategies.
- Assist with multimedia content such as videos and infographics, as needed.
