Account Development Executive - Brokerage Division

We're growing our Brokerage team and looking for driven Freight Brokers who want to build and grow their own book of business while developing a long-term career with a stable and expanding organization.

What You'll Do

• Find and close new customers through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

• Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of accounts.

• Negotiate competitive and profitable rates with carriers using GLT's network and resources.

• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.

• Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume, revenue, and profitability within existing accounts.





Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Freight Broker.

• Strong sales mindset and customer-focused approach.

• Confidence negotiating and closing deals.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• English level B2+ or higher (required).
