Role Purpose

Drive the development of visual assets for the Marketing & Communications function, supporting Junior Designers through knowledge sharing and creative collaboration while maintaining the consistent application of Genuine School’s brand identity across all touchpoints. This role translates strategic objectives into engaging, conversion-focused visual solutions, including social media content, paid advertising creatives, sales and marketing materials, website and landing page designs, and event-related assets across the organization’s three target languages.

?Responsibilities:

-Visual Direction & Leadership: Supervise, guide, and provide actionable feedback to Junior Designers, ensuring high visual criteria, consistency, and alignment with branding guidelines.

-Web & UX/UI Management: Design, update, and maintain the main website and landing pages, ensuring functional, responsive, and clear user experiences localized in multiple languages.

-Cross-Channel Content Creation:



Design impactful visual content for social media, paid media ads, presentations, institutional communications, email marketing, and commercial collateral.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content, Growth, Product, Tech, and Academics to translate strategy into high-converting visual solutions.

-Asset & Template Governance: Build and maintain scalable graphic asset libraries, brand guidelines, and easy-to-use Canva template systems for internal teams.

-Event Coverage & Live Tech: Coordinate and manage visual assets for webinars, graduations, Demo Days, and live streams using OBS and broadcast tools.

-Performance-Driven Design: Measure visual impact—ensuring design choices directly support audience engagement, trust, clarity, and conversion goals.

Requerimientos

-You hold a degree in Graphic Design or related fields.

-You are fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level required
