The Opportunity: We're hiring a Senior Business Development Representative. The company's sales team powers growth by connecting industrial leaders with modern solutions that transform plant performance. This senior outbound role scales the pipeline within mid-market and enterprise manufacturing organizations while preparing you to step into a full-time Account Executive position. You will own target account research, cold outreach, and the early stages of the sales cycle, transitioning quickly into leading discovery, demos, and opportunity progression.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Build target account lists and execute multi-channel prospecting strategies to generate outbound pipeline.




- Conduct thorough discovery conversations and deliver product demonstrations tailored to plant-level stakeholders.
- Partner with sales leadership to manage opportunity progression and develop full-cycle closing capabilities.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

- Demonstrated 2+ years of outbound sales experience prospecting into manufacturing plants.
- Proven success in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound pipeline-generation role.
- Experience engaging maintenance, reliability, plant operations, or similar manufacturing personas.
- A strong track record of creating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Confidence in cold calling, handling objections, researching accounts, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
