Job Title: Sales and Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales and Revenue Operations Manager to support the growth of the business and oversee a small, Spanish-speaking team located across Mexico and Panama.
This is not a traditional outbound sales role. The successful candidate will act as the central coordinator for incoming opportunities, ensuring the right information is gathered, the appropriate internal team members are involved, and proposals are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently.
The idóneo candidate will be comfortable communicating with international clients, managing multiple opportunities at once, and confidently answering questions about the company's services and capabilities. They should have a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset,



and the ability to identify opportunities for growth rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of Spanish-speaking employees across Mexico and Panama.
- Coordinate incoming sales opportunities and guide them through the sales process.
- Assess client requirements and gather the information needed to prepare accurate proposals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and bring the appropriate team members into client conversations.
- Prepare, review, and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up on outstanding information, proposals, and next steps.
- Respond confidently to client questions regarding services, processes, pricing, and capabilities.
- Maintain clear visibility into the opportunity pipeline and ensure opportunities continue progressing.
