As the first point of contact for our members, you'll combine technical know-how with empathy and top-tier communication skills to deliver outstanding service. ?
? What you'll do:
• Answer calls from providers and members with professionalism and warmth ?
• Resolve inquiries with clarity and care – no jargon, just solutions ?
• Handle insurance updates (dependents, doctors, addresses) ?
• Research claims and benefits using plan documents ?
• Log call details accurately and maintain confidentiality ?
• Support new hires through call shadowing and guidance ?
? What we're looking for:




✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
✔️ Dependable with top-notch attendance and punctuality
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
✔️ Experience in medical/benefits call centers preferred
✔️ Familiarity with UR, Claims, COBRA, FSA, Eligibility is a plus
✔️ Ability to adapt and grow with the role and company
? Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma
