MaidThis is a growing residential cleaning company with a fully remote sales and operations team.
Our customers usually come to us because they already need cleaning. Your job is to understand what they need, recommend the right service, confidently ask for the booking, and make sure everything is documented correctly so our operations team can deliver what was promised.

The Person We’re Looking For
You are an experienced phone salesperson who knows how to move a conversation toward a decision.
You do not just answer questions or provide customer service.
You:
- Ask good questions and understand what the customer actually needs
- Recommend the right solution
- Handle normal price hesitation and objections confidently
- Ask for the booking
- Follow up persistently without being reminded
- Keep your CRM, notes, and pipeline clean
- Notice when something is being missed and take action
- Follow a required sales process consistently, even when you are busy
- Communicate early when something is stuck
- Take feedback well and apply it quickly
We do not need a high-pressure salesperson. We need someone who can sell while protecting the customer relationship and making promises our operations team can actually execute.
What You’ll Own
New Sales
- Answer inbound calls and sales inquiries quickly
- Run consultative sales calls
- Understand the customer’s home, priorities, timing, and service needs
- Quote accurately
- Recommend recurring service when appropriate
- Handle objections
- Ask for the bo
