The Position

FullStack is seeking a results-driven growth marketer possessing both creative ingenuity and a strong technical aptitude. Rather than relying on traditional manual execution or external delegation, the idóneo candidate leverages automated workflows and custom AI agents to complete complex marketing tasks. You will integrate disparate systems, extract strategic data signals, and convert those insights into high-performing content, search visibility, and paid media initiatives that consistently generate qualified inbound demand.

This position requires sound strategic judgment to establish high standards for deliverables and direct marketing initiatives effectively.



While extensive years of traditional campaign management are not mandatory, demonstrated success in building and deploying functional marketing architectures is essential.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, with demonstrated success in self-directed projects.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Advanced proficiency with modern AI platforms, including hands-on experience designing, chaining, and deploying autonomous AI agents in production workflows.
- Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, basic scripting, and prompt/workflow engineering to connect systems and automate complex marketing processes.
- Demonstrated experience configuring, integrating, and optimizing modern MarTech stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and CMS platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with a rigorous editorial approach to reviewing, refining, and improving AI-assisted content and messaging.
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B technology consulting, IT services, or developer tools environments.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search indexing, and content optimization for conversational AI assistants.




- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and structured performance testing across channels such as LinkedIn and Google.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
